If you really wanted to earn online you must first verify your Paypal Account, the best way to verify you account is through credit card but getting a credit card here in the Philippines is not easy, actually it is hard. Financial statements,financial capacity, source of income and many more meticulous requirements before getting a credit card account.

However, Filipinos are able to verify their Paypal account using Smart Money and Getting Smart money is just a piece of cake.

However, Filipinos are able to verify their Paypal account using Smart Money and Getting Smart money is just a piece of cake.

First, let me guide you on how to get/activate a smart money account:

Of course this is open only for smart subscribers in the Philippines and you must be 12 years old and above to have one.

Step 1 Activate your Smart Money Account.

Option 1

• Text MONEY to 343
• Enter desired W-PIN (6 digits)
• Re-enter W-PIN, Press OK
• Choose “Get Account” Press OK
• Select BDO
• Wait for you confirmation message

Option 2

• Go to SMART MENU and select SMART MONEY
• Choose any transaction
• Follow steps 2 to 6 above.

Step 2 After you have successfully activated your account, you can go to the nearest Smart Wireless Center. (Option 1)

And submit the following:

• Completely filled smart money application form
• Photocopy of the valid ID
• Php30.00 for processing fee

For minors school ID with signature of an official will do.
For Adults you can submit the following: Company ID, Government Issued ID, NBI and Police clearance.

you can notify the wireless center personnel if you want your card to be picked up or delivered to your door step.

Option 2

You can apply for the card online by filling-up the the form. You will be called by a Smart representative for the details on how to pick-up your card. You must prepare P30.oo for processing fee and Valid Id for Pick-up.

Once that your card is now on your hand you can now verify your Paypal:

Be sure that the internet transaction (Internet txns) is unlockedyou can do this by sending the word Internet to 343, this will activate the Internet Txns on your smart menu then just unlock it and be sure that your smart money has P200.00 because Paypal will charge $1.95 USD for fraud management but will refund it to account owners as soon as the verification process is finished.

Log-on to your Paypal account and click get verified.

Fill the details needed using your smart money card then click save and continue. Read the next page well so you can refund the $1.95 that paypal charged.

You will then receive a confirmation from Smart that saysEXPUSE a code that looks like “P####” , that is the code that paypal needs for confirmation, use that then you are done you can now withdraw your paypal earnings.
